| seller note | rare antique medical late 1800s conversation tube, hearing aid instrument. Beautiful brown silk wrapped flexible tube with gutta percha heaing and speaking ends. Unusual example with bell trumpets at both mouth and ear ends. Wonderful patina and color. Excellent condition, no wear to silk. No chips or scratches on gutta percha ends. Their is a couple tight age cracks in horn end, nearly invisible. 41 1/2in long |
